Change, Grow, Evolve

Hello and welcome to my website. This is my first attempt at publishing a blog and I am excited to get started. My posts will focus on thoughts and ideas on how to grow as a person, thus the reference to metamorphosis in the title of my website. It is my hope, whether you are a senior or not, you will enjoy reading these pages and perhaps be able to use some ideas and posts for your own personal growth. There are challenges with growing as a person throughout a lifetime but there are rewards too if we are willing to change, to grow, to evolve!
